At this time, we are still negotiating additional funding support from external sources for participants from the Global South who have no access to any kind of funding support. When submitting your paper proposal to a panel convener, please indicate whether you need funding support for travel expenses and/or conference fees. For those already confirmed as part of a closed panel, please quickly inform your panel convener whether you require funding.

We kindly ask panel conveners to collect the funding applications from their panels’ accepted participants, and send the collected applications to:

A committee will decide upon the applications received, taking into account diverse backgrounds. Given the scarcity of funds available, we strongly encourage participants to explore other funding opportunities. Please note that we will not accept any applications beyond the paper proposal deadline of 15 May 2019.
